Any coating looks good on day one.
This garage had a crack running the full length of the slab. What happens to that crack before any coating goes down is the difference between a floor that holds and one that opens up again.
A crack the length of the slab
Bare concrete, oil and rust soaked in, and a crack running front to back that opened into a gap at the garage door.
Ground down, crack cut out
We ground the slab back to clean concrete, then cut the crack open and filled it. Coating straight over a crack is faster and cheaper. It also comes back through.

The finished floor. Polyurea base, Hickory flake, polyaspartic topcoat. Walk on it in 24 hours, park on it in 48.

Basement floors.
Below-grade slabs get moisture-tested before anything is quoted, because a slab pushing vapor will lift a film coating off the floor. This basement utility room took the same polyurea and decorative flake system as a garage, over block walls, a floor drain and a laundry sink.

Patios and outdoor concrete.
Outdoor work uses UV-stable polyaspartic on the Ultimate tier or flexible urethane on the Apex tier. Patios in Chanhassen, Lakeville, and Victoria, plus a walkway and entry step. Both chemistries ride out Minnesota freeze-thaw and direct sun without cracking or yellowing.

Granite and marble.
Diamond-polished countertops, refinished marble vanities, restored sink surrounds, and stone floors. Most of these stones started as replacement quotes; almost none of them needed it. The bulk of these projects landed in Chaska homes that already had high-quality stone installed.

Glass restoration and HydroShield protection.
Glass restoration finishes with HydroShield, the licensed hydrophobic protection Clear View is a dealer for. Below: a bathroom glass restoration before and after, and a HydroShield water-beading demonstration. Shower interiors are hard to photograph well in someone's home, so the gallery is thinner here than on the coatings side. Scratch removal is offered but not yet photographed.
